On occasion, people have trouble during checkout (We are always working to improve that!) but most of the issues come down to one of two things.
1) You need to clear your cache. It isn't hard. Think of it as cleaning the dust out of your computer browser. It's good to do on a regular basis anyway. Follow these instructions if you have Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If you have Internet Explorer please see below.
2) You are using Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this browser is well known for having lots of issues. We highly recommend trying a different browser.
